In just a few steps and with minimal ingredients, you can have a clear and blackhead-free complexion. Moisten 2 small towels and put them in the microwave for 1 minute, until they are lukewarm. Apply them to your face while avoiding the eyes and mouth, where instead you will place 2 make-up removal discs or cotton wool moistened with cold water. Leave the towels to do their work until they cool down. When you remove them, your pores will be open and, if necessary, you can remove any blackheads using two tissues. Finally, to calm the skin and close the pores, apply a layer of natural yogurt which is beneficial due to its acidic PH.
To make this mask, you can use grapes as they contain Vitamin B and potassium which act as antioxidants in addition to being rich in polyphenols that protect the skin’s natural collagen and maintain its elasticity. Thanks to these fruits you will enjoy hydration and a lifting effect.
If you prefer, you can opt for a seasonal fruit: the avocado. They are rich in Vitamin A and E, as well as other minerals which moisturise and firm the face.
To prepare the mask, choose the ingredient you prefer (5 grapes or half an avocado) and then use the following steps since the process for preparation and application is the same in both cases. Mash your chosen ingredient and smooth it over your face. Allow it to work for 20 minutes, then remove it with warm water and apply a moisturiser.
