We’ve been talking about it for weeks: Cirque du Soleil is returning to our little country this summer! And as we’ve already told you everything we know, today we’re going to give you 5 reasons to visit Andorra to see the show. We’re sure they’ll help you make up your mind!
Once again this year, the Canadian company has created a new and previously unseen show that will exclusively be performed in Andorra. The production, the stage design, the acrobatic numbers, the story… you have a once in a lifetime chance to see them all combined on stage between 29 June and 27 July (from Tuesday to Saturday), with a final performance on Sunday 28 July.
As always, this year we’ll get to watch an original one-hour show that plays with various theatrical techniques. By combining many different elements, Cirque du Soleil devises spectacular numbers using music, light, projection mapping and even fire.
An animation will also be shown before Rebel, which will start at 21:30 (half an hour before the show begins).

And this still applies even if you didn’t see it! Last summer, they told the story of Diva, a girl who spoke to us through the songs of legendary female vocalists. This year, in Rebel, we’ll get the chance to witness a story where love in all its forms accompanies our protagonist through history’s greatest songs by male vocalists.
The shows that Cirque du Soleil creates for Andorra are suitable for the whole family, making it the perfect activity to enjoy with your kids. The venue is situated in the centre of Andorra la Vella and, like previous years, the stage and the stands will be under a covered marquee so the weather won’t interfere with the performances.
This is the only place in the world where you can watch a Cirque du Soleil show and bathe in Caldea’s thermal waters on the same day. Just imagine it: in the morning you can bathe in Thermoludic for 3 hours with your partner and your kids as you all enjoy the indoor and outdoor lagoons, the jets and the contrasts of the water… Or, if you prefer, you can relax with your partner for 4 hours in Inúu, the adults only spa. Then, you can finish off the day by immersing yourself in a show featuring history’s best songs by male performers.
