We are continuing our efforts to ensure the utmost safety during your visit to Caldea. Therefore, we will be including a free aquatic mask which must be worn by those aged 11 and up.
In consideration of your well-being and that of your loved ones, we have stepped up our safety measures so you can enjoy Caldea with the same peace of mind as ever.
Until now, wearing a mask has been compulsory in every area of the spa except the thermal waters. However, from November, it will be mandatory throughout our facilities for those aged 11 and up.
You don’t need to worry about a thing because we’ve got it covered. An aquatic mask will be provided in the price of admission. When you book on www.caldea.com we will automatically add it free of charge during the checkout process. This also applies if you make your booking through a third party, such as a travel agent or hotel.
Upon arrival at Caldea, wearing your own mask of course, once you have exchanged your voucher for admission we will give you the aquatic mask at the entrance to Thermoludic or Inúu. So you’ll be wearing two masks at Caldea: your own up to the spa entrance, and then the one we provide.
It’s made from neoprene with polyester and elastane fibres, it’s water repellent with effective antimicrobial and antibacterial protection and it’s certified by the European Union. It can withstand up to 50 washes at 40 degrees and is resistant to water and oil. The breathability is optimal which makes it easier to wear, and it’s also quick drying.
Of course, after your visit to Caldea you can take it home and reuse it if you like. However, in Caldea, it is compulsory that you wear this complimentary mask from the changing rooms onwards.
