Caldea has created a guide of recommendations to follow to ensure the safety and health of its staff. This plan was created in collaboration with Mutuand, an occupational risk prevention company in Andorra.

 

• For each sector, we have made available to the team information sheets that set out the measures to be followed and information posters have been created to remind people of the most important measures to be taken.
• We have given all the personnel some individual protection equipment and we have placed hydroalcoholic gel dispensers and boxes of tissues at the entrance of all the work points . In addition, we have also distributed in different areas of the centre.
• In public service areas we have established a cleaning procedure with surface-active detergents and regular disinfection in the company. All surfaces are cleaned with disinfectants with bactericidal, fungicidal and viricidal action, with emphasis on those with frequent contact, such as door handles, railings, lift buttons, etc.
• Workers who present respiratory symptoms, fever or any type of illness at home should inform their superior, stay home and not go to the work place.
