1.- Purpose of the draw
The operational owner of the Caldea thermoludic centre, the Andorran company SEMTEE, S.A. (hereinafter, “SEMTEE”), is organising this draw for all users who freely decide to enter for one of the following prizes:
• 25 PRIZES will be awarded throughout the duration of the prize draw, i.e. one prize per day, and will consist of the following:
• 3 PRIZES of 1 MORNING ADMISSION TO INÚU (INDIVIDUAL)
• 3 PRIZES of 1 AFTERNOON ADMISSION TO INÚU (INDIVIDUAL)
• 6 PRIZES of 1 AFTERNOON ADMISSION TO THERMOLUDIC (INDIVIDUAL)
• 6 PRIZES of 1 MORNING ADMISSION TO THERMOLUDIC (INDIVIDUAL)
• 4 PRIZES of 1 FAMILY PACK (admission to Caldea for 2 adults and 2 children)
• 1 PRIZE of a THERMOLUDIC experience, including 1 GUIDED TOUR OF THE CALDEA THERMOLUDIC CENTRE, 2 BOOKS COMPILING Caldea’s 25 years of history, 2 AFTERNOON ADMISSIONS TO THE CALDEA THERMOLUDIC CENTRE and 2 30-MINUTE MASSAGES
• 1 PRIZE of a complete CALDEA experience, including 1 GUIDED TOUR OF THE CENTRE with views from the viewing platform in the Caldea Tower, 2 BOOKS COMPILING Caldea’s 25 years of history, 2 AFTERNOON ADMISSIONS TO INÚU and 2 30-MINUTE MASSAGES
• 1 PRIZE of a getaway to CALDEA, including 2 AFTERNOON ADMISSIONS TO INÚU, 2 BOOKS COMPILING Caldea’s 25 years of history and 1 NIGHT in a hotel
2.- Scope of the draw
The prize draw will be conducted through the domain https://basicfront.easypromosapp.com/p/XXXX which will be made available to entrants via the CALDEA Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/Caldea) for all our fans who are at least 18 years old and have correctly followed the instructions for participation contained on the Caldea website (http://www.caldea.com).
3.- Period of the draw
Participation in this prize draw will be possible between 1 March and 25 March 2019. There will be a draw every day from 1 March to 25 March, with the daily prizes mentioned in the First Clause of these rules being allocated.
Entries received outside of the period of 1 March to 25 March will not be valid.
In accordance with the terms and conditions of the draw, any e-mail or request on a draw form that is received after the closure of the draw will be invalid.
4.- Requirements and procedure for entry
Any natural person aged 18 or over who is a follower of the Caldea Facebook page may participate in the prize draw by accessing the tab that has been activated for this purpose on said page in order to complete the entry form within the time period specified in Clause 3 of these rules. To complete their entries, entrants will have to supply the following personal details: first name, family name, date of birth, country of residence and a valid e-mail address.
Entrants will be required to insert their details in the draw’s special form.
Participants may use however many e-mail addresses they possess in order to enter the draw, but SEMTEE reserves the right to limit the number of entries of anyone who uses the same address twice or more than twice.
The data supplied by participants must be truthful and complete. If any of these data are found to be false and/or incomplete, SEMTEE will be entitled to withhold the prize.
No employees of SEMTEE, and no close relatives of those employees, may take part in the draw.
5.- Prize
From the prizes listed in the First Clause of these rules, one will be awarded each day through Easypromos’ “Instant Win” application.
In no case can the prizes in this promotion be exchanged, modified, exchanged for cash, or transferred at the request of the winner, either wholly or partially.
6.- Allocation of prizes
The winners each day will be selected through a prize draw of all the entrants from that day through Easypromos’ “Instant Win” application, which will randomly select one winner from among each day’s entrants.
The names of the daily winners will be published on the Caldea Facebook timeline, along with the Caldea Twitter account, each day during the duration of the competition, from 1 March to 25 March. The right to claim a daily prize will expire 48 hours following the publication of the winner's name on the Caldea Facebook page. In the event that the winner does not claim the prize within said deadline, it will be considered void.
The period of validity of all the prizes will begin on the date of allocation and end on 30 November 2019. However, the prizes may not be used on long weekends, holidays, in peak season or during the month of August.
SEMTEE may not be held responsible in the event of impossibility of receiving the e-mail notifying the award of the prize, impossibility of receiving the prize by the means agreed between SEMTEE and each prize winner, or impossibility of using the prize within the regulation period, for whatever reason.
7.- Communications about the draw
Communications concerning both the promotion and the conduct of the draw will be made through the Caldea Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/Caldea) and the Caldea Twitter profile @Caldea.
8.- Protection of data of a personal nature
Participation in the draw involves agreeing to the collection of the necessary personal data.
SEMTEE, as the entity responsible for the processing of the data in question, will process the data of entrants in accordance with the execution of these rules. The collected personal data will only be used to manage participation in this prize draw.
In the event that it is necessary to use said personal data for the aforementioned purposes, the entrants accept that SEMTEE may allow their personal data to be processed by third party service providers. Additionally, the data of entrants may be transferred to public administrations and third parties in accordance with that which is established in the additional information on personal data protection.
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition by electronic mail addressed to:[email protected] or in a letter addressed to SEMTEE, S.A., c/Prat de la Mola 10, AD700 Escaldes-Engordany, Principat d’Andorra, accompanied by a copy of their passport or other national identification document.

9.- Image rights
In view of the draw’s aims of advertising and promotion, prize winners must agree to the use of their pictures, names and voices in the notification of the result of the draw.
10.- Limitation of liability
SEMTEE reserves the right to suspend, at any time, access to or continuance of the draw, whether temporarily or permanently, for reasons related to security, restructuring or interruption of computer services, or for any other reason which makes that advisable, without this leading to any liability on the part of SEMTEE, nor to any right to compensation for anyone.

12.- Other terms and conditions
1. Participation in the draw implies the participants’ full acceptance of these rules.
2. If doubt arises in relation to the interpretation of these rules, the organisers’ opinion will prevail. Compliance with these rules will be subject to Andorran law.
3. The non-acceptance of these rules by a participant will entail that person’s exclusion from the draw.
4. SEMTEE reserves the right to exclude participants whose conduct interferes with the orderly functioning of the draw.
5. Facebook does not sponsor, support or administer this promotion in any way, and is not associated with it. Consequently, SEMTEE is the only entity which has information about the participants, and not Facebook, without prejudice to the right to disclose this information to identify the prize winners in the various social networks. Participation in the draw and acceptance of these rules implies express agreement to, and authorisation for, such disclosure.

Through these terms and conditions, the owner and operator of the Caldea spa centre, Andorran company SEMTEE, S.A. (hereinafter, "SEMTEE"), has set up this game for all those users who voluntarily decide to participate for a chance to win the following prizes:
· 50 vouchers for a free gift
· 200 vouchers for a 15% discount on a massage in the Thermoludic space
· 200 vouchers for a 15% discount on a beauty treatment in the Inúu space
2. Scope of the game
The game will be conducted using a roulette installed in the Illa Carlemany shopping centre, with the prizes awarded randomly among all those persons aged 18 or over who choose to participate.
3. Duration of the game
The game will be available from 10:00 to 21:00 every day from 20 July to 29 August 2019, inclusive.
4. Conditions and dynamics of participation
Individuals aged 18 and over can choose to participate in the game. The player will spin the roulette to win one of the available prizes which will be indicated on the corresponding segment of the roulette.
Participants may only enter once, SEMTEE reserves the right to limit participation in the event that a participant re-enters the game.
Employees of SEMTEE and their immediate families are prohibited from participating in the game.
5. Prize
Depending on the way the roulette spins, the participant may land in one of the 6 blocks containing prizes which consist of discounts for CALDEA or INÚU (the winner must select the discount they intend to use from the two options found on the voucher); in one of the 2 blocks containing prizes which consist of different discounts than those mentioned previously for CALDEA or INÚU (the winner must select the discount they intend to use from the two options found on the voucher); in the block containing a prize which consists of 1 free 20-minute massage; in one of the 3 blocks containing the option to enjoy a second pizza for free in Caldea’s Mediterranean restaurant; or in one of the 3 blocks containing a free gift.
The number of vouchers available for each prize is as follows:
· 50 vouchers for a free gift
· 200 vouchers for a 15% discount on a massage in the Thermoludic space
· 200 vouchers for a 15% discount on a beauty treatment in the Inúu space
Under no circumstances can the prize be exchanged, modified, returned for cash or transferred at the request of the winner, whether totally or partially.
6. Allocation of prizes
The participant will spin the roulette and immediately receive the indicated prize in the form of a voucher on which the terms and conditions for claiming the corresponding prize will be established.
7. Promotion of the game
The promotion of the game will be communicated through the timeline on the Caldea Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/Caldea).
8. Image rights
Due to the advertising and promotional intent of the game, the winners accept that, by virtue of merely participating, their image, name and/or voice may be used to provide notification of their result.
10. Limitation of liability
SEMTEE reserves the right to discontinue access to or the continuation of the game at any time, whether on a temporary or permanent basis, for reasons of security, restructuring or interruption of IT services, or any other cause that may be applicable, without this resulting in liabilities for SEMTEE or creating any right to compensation.

11. Other conditions
1. Participation in the game implies full and complete acceptance of these rules by the participants.
2. In the event of doubts regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions, the discretion of SEMTEE will prevail. In all cases, compliance with said terms and conditions will be governed by Andorran legislation.
3. Any form of non-acceptance of the terms and conditions by a participant will result in their exclusion.
4. SEMTEE reserves the right to exclude any participants from the game whose conduct interferes with its successful operation.
5. Facebook does not sponsor, endorse or manage this promotion in any way, nor is it associated with said promotion. Consequently, the data of the participants will only be held by SEMTEE and not Facebook, without prejudice to that which is made public to announce the winners on the various social networks, and that which is expressly authorised through participation in the game and the implied acceptance of these terms and conditions.
