Mindful Movements will teach you the basics of calming and centring your mind as you work on your body with 10 mindful movements – designed by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh – that function as meditation through motion. You’ll learn to simply and easily relieve muscular tension and back pain using guided meditation.
With the help of a virtual reality headset, you’ll enjoy images and sounds that will transport you to an oasis of peace and tranquillity where you can experience a moment of personal disconnection. A 100% relaxing experience that delivers a sensation of complete calm.
